Organizations develop distinct "cultures" that are the sum of
their past and present attitudes, strategies, decisions, etc. In other words, an organization's culture is the sum of everything
that has made the organization what it is today. Given the rapid pace of change in which most organizations exist, there is
often a strong need for a culture to change in order to provide for future success. If any of the following statements describe
