Tad Dwyer, the Founder of the Tad Dwyer Consulting, is an Organization Development Consultant focusing on client transitions. Through the use of Transition Acceleration Programs (TAP) he has helped scores of people, teams, companies and organizations attain their goals quickly and effectively. Prior to becoming a Consultant, he held senior leadership positions in banking and insurance companies. He was also an Associate Core Professor for several years at his alma mater, Antioch University New England Graduate School, in the Organization and Management Department.
